UPDATE 10/26: The 8th District Republican Committee has sent letters to the Attorney General and the State Board of Elections asking for an investigation into the Moran for Congress campaign.

The Arlington County Police Department announced yesterday that they have initiated a criminal probe into Patrick Moran’s actions, which could implicate Jim Moran and the campaign.

“All parties will be involved,” said an ACPD spokesman.

This development makes it even clearer that Jim Moran must resign.
