I think you guys ought to change your official slogan from ‘Retire Jim Moran’ to ‘Fire Jim Moran’, as much more aggressive.
You can even make a big deal of the change — get some greater attention, possibly even a note in local press.

Local Organization Changes Name from ‘Retire Jim Moran’ to ‘Fire Jim Moran!’
“We thought we were perhaps being too polite in our ‘retire’ slogan,” said Whomever of Whatever. “We want to fire Jim Moran for a manifestly irresponsible performance in a scared job.”
The organization was founded in 20xx to focus opposition against Moran, who has represented the 8th Congressional district since 1991. The 8th includes much of Alexandria, Arlington, and Falls Church, and parts of Fairfax County.
The group strongly supports the candidacy of retired Army colonel Patrick Murray, who is making his second run against Moran.
“Moran has been involved in more scandals, both in and out of office, then any federally elected officer I’ve ever heard of,” said Same Source. “The include …” and list everything from the MBNA ‘special loan’ to his anti-semetic statements during the Iraq war.
And don’t forget the temper tantrum at the 8-year-old and excusing his action because ‘the little kid had a gun’ … and the arrest for beating his wife. Oh, and the magical stock trading day based on insider information.
